Please complete the "Bank SinoPac Application/Change Form and Agreement for Global eBanking Services" (For Regular Accounts/Group Accounts) and select/fill in the fields of "Applying for System Administrator User ID" and e-mail address under the "eBanking Management Center". Please submit your application form to any Bank SinoPac branch. Our customer service representatives will assist you to complete the setup for the eBanking services after we have verified the relevant application documents. Note: The System Administrator User ID should consist 6-13 alphanumeric characters.
Q2How do I set up/activate the Login Password of the System Administrator for the eBanking Management Center?
After the system set-up has been completed, the system will send advice on the "Login Password" and "Acknowledgment on Receipt of the Login Password" for the new System Administrator. Please download and print out the "Acknowledgement on Receipt of the Login Password" (File Name: reply.doc) and affix the authorized chops/signatures for account authorization or for fund withdrawal. The "Acknowledgment on Receipt of the Login Password" should then be sent back to the Bank by facsimile. The customer service representatives of the Bank will then activate the eBanking services for you after we have verified the aforementioned chops/signatures. Note: The valid period for the "Login Password" advice generated by the system is 30 days. Please complete the system activation procedures as soon as possible.
